Notes of Hope is a global card-writing initiative that invites organizations and individuals to send messages of encouragement to mothers and health workers in underserved communities. By writing a simple note, you help remind someone across the world that they are seen, valued, and supported.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Mothers and health workers around the world carry the heavy work of keeping families healthy. Each note becomes a message of solidarity, hope, and love that travels thousands of miles.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Complete the form below to order your Card Kits.
Each kit includes:
- Blank “Hope Grows Because of You” cards
- Blank envelopes
- Keepsake postcards (to remind participants of the impact they’ve made)
2. Gather & Write
Encourage your group to write short, kind, uplifting notes. Read more here for intructions and writing tips.
3. Return the Cards

Once cards are received, we’ll distribute them to health care facilities and workers around the world. As feedback comes in, we’ll share notes and occasionally videos from the health care workers and mothers who receive your cards. This process is expected to take about three to six months.
Notes of Hope are free to order. Each set of 50 cards costs approximately $325.00 to produce, so we ask that you request only what you’ll use to help us reach everyone. If you’d like to support the program, voluntary donations can be made here.
