 Impact Global Health Alliance Global Promotes Team Member to Program Manager

After years of work and service, Barbara Muffoletto chosen for key role  

Raleigh, NC, September 20, 2018: Impact Global Health Alliance Global, a global nonprofit based in Raleigh, N.C., is excited to announce that Barbara Muffoletto has been promoted to Program Manager after five years with the organization.

Muffoletto joined Impact Global Health Alliance Global in December 2013 focusing her efforts in marketing and development. She also worked with interns, international volunteers and programs in Guatemala, Kenya and Sierra Leone. While studying Impact Global Health Alliance Global’s work, methodology and systems, Muffoletto earned her Masters in Public Health, with a concentration in Health Behavior, from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s elite program. Muffoletto has passionately committed herself to the organization’s mission to save the lives of women and children in forgotten communities around the world.

In her new role, Muffoletto will have the opportunity to have an even greater impact on Impact Global Health Alliance Global projects. She will dedicate 100 percent of her time and expertise supporting the organization’s partners, focusing on programs in Africa and providing guidance on community-based methodologies. Her responsibilities will include program monitoring and evaluation, technical support, training of partners, financial tracking, data collection and analysis.
